Charity Box Collab: Art Glass for Autism (April)

 Hello! In this post, I'll be sharing swatches and nail art of the Jen & Berries April Charity Box collab polish. The inspiration theme for this month's Charity Box was art glass, and proceeds will go to a charity that benefits Autism support/awareness.

Jen & Berries: It's the New Style

It's the New Style is described as an aquaish holographic base with aqua shimmer and microglitter with silver and black holographic microglitters. The inspiration for this polish was a photo that the maker took of the "New Glass" exhibit at the Corning Museum of Glass.

It's the New Style had a great formula - smooth with no problems regarding pooling or staining. The polish was also easily buildable, and opaque in three coats.

Shown is three coats plus glossy top coat (Jen & Berries' Lap Record). I've also included a geometric and colorful nail art design to pair with the monthly cause - I've worked with students with Autism in the past for art lessons, and I remember one of the paintings we did was a geometric one with triangles.

This was a microglitter polish, but the formula was really easy to work with and the layers also settled nicely. Polished for Days: Sweater Weather Collection

 Hi loves! It's been a while since I posted a collection review, so I'm here today with my thoughts, swatches, and nail art of the Polished for Days Sweater Weather Collection. The collection came out last November for Black Friday, but it's still available on the PFD website! KBShimmer: Enchanted Forest Collection

I was recently sent the KBShimmer Enchanted Forest collection to swatch and share, and I'm super excited to present these gorgeous polishes.  I was able to squeeze in a few nail art looks with these polishes, but this blog post's primary focus is swatches. Amanita Moment is described as a soft, sage green crelly with color-shifting flakes that easily show off hues of red, orange and gold while swimming with a similar color-shifting shimmer.
